Mitsubishi announced the Grand Tourer – PHEV concept at the Paris Motorshow 2016.
Focussing on the in-car UX/UI design, the car shows a retro-future interior with a spacious ambiance. The Mitsubishi GT-PHEV Concept features the latest in connected car technology. The car uses information networks and various sensors to monitor energy consumption and road surface conditions.
The UI design is simple, but fitting to the rest of the interior of the car. Three different screens are placed in the interior: The instrument cluster features a central speedometer, a rev counter for the gas engine and basic car information. The two other screens to the right of the main cluster and on the center console are used for other car functionalities and media.
Unfortunately, more detailed pictures of the screens is not available.
